Our AI-powered SmartApply feature helps users apply for jobs by automating applications based on the information they provide. SureHire does not guarantee job placement, interview offers, or employment outcomes.
These Terms also apply to any other Rise-related sites, applications, communities on any platform, in-person meetups, online or offline events, and all related properties.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You may be required to create an account to use certain features of our Services.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must not misuse our Services, including engaging in unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or any illegal activities.
We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our Services for behavior that violates our guidelines. We will be the sole judge of violations and do not offer appeals or refunds in such cases.
4. Job Listings and Employer Content
- SureHire aggregates job listings from third-party sources and directly from employers.
- We do not control the accuracy, legality, or availability of job postings.
- Employers are solely responsible for their job listings and hiring decisions.
- We may remove or modify job listings at our discretion.
5. Use of SmartApply and AI Features
- Our AI-powered SmartApply feature assists with job applications based on the data provided by the user.
- By using SmartApply, you authorize SureHire to submit job applications on your behalf.
- You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all submitted applications.
- SureHire is not liable for any errors, omissions, or job rejections resulting from automated submissions.
6. Content Ownership and License
- You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as resumes and job application details.
- By submitting content, you grant SureHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
- You must not submit any content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, including employer sites and job boards. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- SureHire provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of job listings or AI-generated content.
- SureHire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
- SureHire is not responsible for user-generated data, which may be subjective, inaccurate, or offensive.
- The information on our site does not constitute legal, financial, or career advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of this Agreement.
10. Refunds
All refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Rise. We reserve the right to deny any refund request without providing a reason.

- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, US.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Data Collection and Privacy

- If you contribute content to the site, you grant us a perpetual license to use, display, distribute, sell, and create derivatives from your contributions.
