Job Description:

Arrowhead Logistics LLC is hiring full-time drivers to deliver packages for Amazon! We are looking for reliable, independent, flexible, and hardworking individuals who pay attention to detail, can quickly problem-solve a wide range of situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, effective communicators, and ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being on the road, prioritize safety, and are committed to meeting customer expectations and satisfaction. Commercial, DOT, or CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not required.

Scheduling:

• $
20.75/hour (paid biweekly)

• Shifts start between 9:50 AM and 10:30 AM

• Typical shifts are 10 hours long

• Standard workweek is 4 days (40 hours)

• Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift

Key Duties &
Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages on time and with accuracy

• Safely operate and inspect company vehicles

• Follow company policies and local/state driving regulations

• Provide excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations

• Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

• Lift packages up to 50 pounds and frequently enter/exit the vehicle at different locations

• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and colleagues

• Load and unload delivery vehicles

• Assist team members with their routes and respond to rescue calls as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Must pass a 4-panel drug screening (does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)

• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify you)

• Strong English-speaking, reading, and writing skills are required

• Delivery vehicle and fuel

• Handheld technology

• Uniforms

• Safety and administrative gear necessary to perform the job

Hiring Process:

The hiring process takes approximately 1-3 weeks to complete, although it may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
