Barista-Botbar Sacramento Store – Full-time / Part-time
• Botbar Coffee strives to provide exceptional customer service, and we are looking for enthusiastic baristas to join our team. Join Team Botbar for a supportive workplace atmosphere, great pay, and flexible hours. We will provide training to help you master working with our AI-based Robert coffee machine, equipping you with the skills needed to excel at Botbar Coffee.
Responsibilities include:
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Operate, initiate, and maintain the Robotic System to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare and assemble a variety of simple café foods with attention to quality.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications:
• Food Handler Safety Certificate (can be obtained post-hire)
• Previous experience as a barista or in food service
• Training on Robotic and AI systems will be provided after hiring
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
