Job Description:

We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving Barista & Social Media Marketing Assistant who can vibe with our culture, keep up with the pace, and contribute to the brand both in person and online. This role is part customer service, part content creator, and 100% key to our continued growth.

If you’re the type of person who can pour a perfectly balanced mocktail, talk cannabinoids with curious customers, and then hop on IG to create engaging content that captures our community — you’re our kind of people.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve CBD/THC-infused mocktails, seltzers, and café items with accuracy and flair

• Engage with customers and educate them on our product offerings in a clear, welcoming, and informed way

• Maintain cleanliness, restocking, and organization of barista station and café area

• Collaborate with the team to keep things flowing smoothly and with good vibes

• Create and post content for our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Assist with community events, product launches, and promotions

• Keep up with cannabis and wellness trends to inform both barista and content work

• Offer ideas to improve customer experience and engagement

• Occasionally assist with merchandising, packaging, or light production as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year barista, café, or hospitality experience preferred

• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)

• A positive attitude and comfort talking to customers about cannabinoids and wellness products (we’ll train!)

• Quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented

• Must be at least 21+

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment

• Basic knowledge of Delta-8, Delta-9, CBD, CBN, CBG, etc. is a plus — or willingness to learn

• Familiarity with Canva, IG Reels, or basic video editing a bonus

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time availability preferred. Weekend availability a plus.
