Landscaper Field Technician

Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team for landscaping projects, including seeding, hydro mulching, and placing erosion control blankets on commercial sites. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

•
Landscaping Tasks:
Perform various landscaping activities such as seeding, hydro mulching, and planting.

•
Erosion Control:
Install erosion control blankets on commercial sites to prevent soil erosion and promote vegetation growth.

•
General Labor:
Engage in general labor duties as required, including site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.

•
Attention to Detail:
Ensure all tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

•
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Essential Skills:

•
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of outdoor physical labor experience, preferably in landscaping, seeding, hydro mulching, and erosion control.

•
Physical Fitness:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

•
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.

•
Safety Awareness:
Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Additional Skills &
Qualifications:

Weather Protection:
Experience with weather protection measures and techniques in landscaping.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience in specialized landscaping projects or certifications in related fields.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $
