Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable individual to fill the dual role of Esthetician and Receptionist. This part-time position requires a professional who can seamlessly transition between providing top-notch esthetic services and managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, possess excellent customer service skills, and be adept at administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Esthetician Duties:

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures tailored to client needs.

• Conduct client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records.

• Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide cutting-edge services.

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.

• Excellent customer service a must!

• Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, promotions, and products.

• Process payments, manage point-of-sale transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by tracking and ordering supplies as needed.

• Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado esthetician license.

• Previous experience in a medical spa or similar setting preferred.

• Proficiency in performing a wide range of esthetic treatments.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Flexibility weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability and desire to work closely with owner and team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform treatments while standing for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity and steady hand coordination.
